Asunción goat’s milk cheese is made from pasteurised goat’s milk, rennet, salt and lactic ferments.
Remember that it is important to take the cheese out of the refrigerator about thirty minutes before serving, so that it is at room temperature. This will enhance all the delicate flavours and aromas.
