Vidiago cheese is made from pasteurised cow's milk and is one of the most famous Asturias traditionally-made cheeses. It is made in the Asturias town it is named after, in the municipality of Llanes; in the eastern part of Asturias.

Vidiago cheese is made from pasteurised cow's milk, rennet, lactic ferment and salt. It is very mild and creamy; a highly valued cheese among consumers.
It is a traditionally-made cheese with no preservatives. Its block presentation makes it a highly recommended product used for making sandwiches and also for filling Asturias cordon bleu.
Remember that this cheese is best served at room temperature to bring out all the quality of its flavours; remove it from the refrigerator about thirty minutes before serving.
Store in the refrigerator.

Vidiago cow’s milk cheese is distributed in 1,300 g pieces that are vacuum-packed to guarantee product quality at all times.
* If desired, ask for the cheese to be supplied in three pieces of just over 400 grams each, vacuum packed separately, for convenient use.
