The famous Vidiago cow’s milk cheese, made from pasteurised cow’s milk in the town that bears its name, in the municipality of Llanes, in the eastern part of Asturias.

Vidiago is a smooth and creamy Asturias cheese, made from pasteurised cow’s milk, rennet, lactic ferment and salt.
It is an artisan cheese with no additives or preservatives, and can be found in bar format, which makes this an ideal cheese for sandwiches, rolls and burgers. It is also very versatile for filling Asturias cordon bleu.
Remember that it is best to serve the cheese at room temperature; remove the product from the refrigerator about 30 minutes before serving.
Store in the refrigerator.
Vidiago cow’s milk cheese is available in two retail formats, both of which are vacuum packed to guarantee the product’s quality at all times:
