Tierra Astur smoked cow’s milk cheese made from pasteurised cow's milk, with a clean cut, a uniform texture and a yellowish colour. Smoked cow’s milk cheese is a very aromatic cheese, with a delicious and characteristic flavour derived from its final process of smoking with high-quality woods.
Add it to Asturias cheese boards, melt it over pizzas and pastas and add it to fresh cheese salads.

To enjoy all the flavour nuances, remove the product from the refrigerator approximately half an hour before serving. This brings the cheese to room temperature.
