An Asturias cured cow’s milk cheese, preserved in olive oil, making it a differentiated product of high gastronomic value. It is known as one of the unique cheeses of Asturias.
Torta de Vidiago cheese is made in the eastern municipality of Asturias where there is a distinctive cheese-making tradition.
Remove the product from the refrigerator about 30 minutes before serving; so you can enjoy all the intensity and flavour of the cheese.
