The Franxón is a new Spanish cheese made in Asturias, in the central area of Asturias.
Being a soft cheese, the time required for the product to reach room temperature is lower than other Asturias cheeses; remove it from the refrigerator about fifteen minutes before serving.
Store in the refrigerator.
Franxón soft cow’s milk cheese comes in 270 g pieces wrapped in paper for food use and packed in a rustic wooden box.
