An original smoked cheese made exclusively for Tierra Astur using pasteurised cow’s milk in the manufacturing process, which includes a light smoking phase at the end of the maturing using wood from the region, resulting in an exquisite flavour, mild and very aromatic.
To enjoy all the nuances of the flavour, remove the product from the refrigerator about half an hour before serving. This brings the cheese to room temperature.
