Asturias cheese made from 100% pasteurised cow’s milk and subjected to a long curing process to obtain a cheese of outstanding quality.
Pasteurised cow’s milk, rennet and salt is used in its production, making it a totally artisan cheese.
Store in the refrigerator, and remove it about thirty minutes before serving to guarantee that the temperature of the product enables all the flavour to be enjoyed.
Tierra Astur cured cow’s milk cheese is vacuum packed in 500 g pieces.
