Peñamellera is one of the most famouse cow’s milk cheeses in Asturias. It comes in small pieces, 300 grams, and its buttery flavour makes it ideal to have as “fridge staple” for the whole family. It is a pure pasteurised cow’s milk cheese which, like other artisan-made cheeses, does not include additives or preservatives in its preparation.

As with other cheeses from our store, it is recommended to bring the product to room temperature before serving, in order to enjoy its full flavour. To do this, just remove the product from the refrigerator 20-30 minutes before serving.
