Raw cow’s milk cheese with the Casín Cheese Protected Designation of Origin and made in the Asturias towns of Caso, Sobrescobio and Piloña located in the south-eastern part of Asturias.
Spanish Casín cheese is a small size, completely handmade using milk from Casín cows, also known as the Asturias mountain cow, a native breed of Asturias cows.
The best way to consume cheese is at room temperature; therefore, it is recommended to remove the piece of cheese from the refrigerator about thirty minutes before serving.
Store in the refrigerator.
