Tres Oscos cow’s milk cheese is a pressed-paste, semi-mature and fatty Asturias cheese, made from pasteurised cow’s milk, animal rennet, salt and lactic ferments.
This Asturias cheese is produced using semi-industrial methods with the latest technology, although adapted from traditional cheese-making methods.
Store in the refrigerator, but remove it about thirty minutes before serving so that it is at room temperature.
