Exquisite spanish cheese made using traditional artisan methods in Asturias, made with raw cow’s milk, and which has a crust with a toad-skin-like appearance. It is a small, cone-shape Asturias cheese with the characteristic cut of acid-curd cheeses.
To enjoy all the quality of the product, remove the cheese from the refrigerator about thirty minutes before serving. This will enhance all of its nuances.
