Torta de Vidiago is a spanish cheese made from pasteurised cow’s milk which is then macerated in olive oil.
An original cheese made exclusively for Tierra Astur using pasteurised cow’s milk in the manufacturing process, which includes a light smoking phase at the end maturing using wood from the region, resulting in an exquisite flavour, mild and very aromatic.
Vidiago cheese is made from pasteurised cow's milk and is one of the most famous Asturias traditionally-made cheeses. It is made in the Asturias town it is named after, in the municipality of Llanes; in the eastern part of Asturias.
