Remove the product from the refrigerator about 30 minutes before serving; so you can enjoy all the intensity and flavour of the cheese.

The Torta de Vidiago in oil has a polished rind and polished and yellowish colour due to immersion in virgin olive oil. Due to the curing of this Asturias cheese, it is quite difficult to cut, although it is pre-cut in the moulding process for easy serving.
This Asturias cheese has oleic-origin aromas intermingled with the intensity of cheese made from cow’s milk.
