Spanish chorizo sausage in natural casing with a mixture of suitable proportions of lean pork and bacon. Chorizo sausage is made with varying degrees of curing and can be found in stews, rice dishes or simply sliced as is customary in Asturias towns.
“Tierra Astur” Spanish chorizo sausage is vacuum packed in two formats:
• Pack of 4 units (approximately 400 g).
• Pack of 8 units (approximately 800 g).
