The famous La Peral semi-blue cow’s milk cheese is an Asturias cheese made from pasteurised milk from Friesian cows to which sheep cream is sometimes added to enhance the aroma and flavour of the ripening cheese.
To enjoy all the flavour intensity of the cheese, it is important to remove it from the refrigerator about thirty minutes before serving. Thus, it will reach the correct room temperature.
Store in the refrigerator.
