Cider vinegar Camín is an Asturian vinegar made with natural cider transformed by a natural acetification process without additives. The minimum rest of the liquid resulting from this process rests in traditional barrels of chestnut wood for a minimum period of 4 years.
The natural cider used to make cider vinegar Camín is made with selected Asturian apple varieties with a specific proportion of sweet apples and bitter apples.
The product that we present to you has a pleasant amber color and gives off a classic acetic aroma reminiscent of the apples of origin, nuances also present in the acidity that it collects in the mouth.
