This drink can be enjoyed at any time. It is perfect as an aperitif and also to accompany white meats or Asturias blue cheeses such as the Cabrales PDO or the Gamonéu PDO.
It should be served at a temperature of between 10 and 12 degrees Celsius.
The Valnera aperitif has no added sugar or alcohol and its alcoholic rating, from 12 to 13 degrees, is solely and exclusively achieved from fermenting the natural sugar in the apple juice and the multi-flower honey from the lower mountain ranges.
